It’s far from a surprise at this point: Banksy is the most mysterious street artist in the world. We know some of his pieces, but we can’t seem to put a finger on who’s behind the art. Of course, that’s the entire point. From Girl with the Red Balloon to Kissing Coppers, Banksy makes use of his anonymity to shed light on the message behind his pieces. This fall, you’ll get to experience some of his work first-hand at The Art of Banksy Without Limits.
Highlighting hundreds of the street artist’s pieces, including originals, the exhibit offers an inside look at Banksy’s world. Art of Banksy has already charmed millions of visitors worldwide, most recently stopping by Vancouver, and now it just landed in Edmonton.

A never-before-seen Banksy exhibit in Edmonton
The Art of Banksy features iconic Banksy pieces, some originals, in every format the artist worked on. Get ready to see multimedia prints, photos, sculptures, murals, art installations and more.
Displayed in museum-style, the exhibition takes you through every piece, unravelling the meaning behind each of them. Powerful themes of political conflict, police brutality, climate change, social justice and many more will challenge the way you think and perceive art. It’s an opportunity to tackle the issues we face today, through an engaging exhibition that stimulates the senses.

While you’ll spend most of your Art of Banksy adventure marveling at his pieces, there is a portion of your journey that will particularly captivate your attention. Interactive installations like the iconic Dismaland Park are sprinkled through the experience, making use of the latest technology, so you’re completely immersed.
But Art of Banksy is also a great way to learn about Banksy hands-on, thanks to the spray painting activity included in premium tickets. You’ll get to spray paint one of Banksy’s legendary designs onto your own t-shirt before taking it home with you as a souvenir. Proceeds go to support the Louise Michel rescue ship, a cause close to Banksy’s heart.
